Regional Sales Manager – Europe (m/f/d)

Drive our growth in the European market by building strong relationships with key partners and customers. You will be the face of Elecrest in the region.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the European market
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and distribution partners
  • Collaborate with marketing to create localized sales materials
  • Report on sales performance and market trends

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the energy or automotive sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in English and German; other European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently
